Palats is the number 1 digital platform for circular material management, serving over 100 customers in Sweden. We have grown rapidly since we started Palats in 2021, and our goal is to keep our momentum going forward. As an Account Manager you will
As an Account Manager at Palast, you will help grow our customer base and create a great first impression, laying the foundation for long-lasting relationships.
You will be involved in the entire customer acquisition journey, including outbound lead generation, inbound lead follow-ups, discovery sessions, proposal creation, and closing deals. You will work closely with our Customer Success team, and together, you will deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you have at least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. You have a proven track record of exceeding targets and understand that results are driven by activity.
You recognize the importance of collaboration and value your teammates. You also see business opportunities in a more circular and sustainable world and are excited to contribute to this transformation. Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
Additional experience that would benefit you in the role
- Experience in the PropTech or Real Estate industry
- Experience in procurement processes
- Experience working with an online marketplace

The team primarily operates from our office in central Gothenburg, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with us on-site. We'd be thrilled if you also want to join us for some after-work events and the occasional work-cation!
Our sales and marketing team, consisting of 5 people, are responsible for acquiring new customers and handing over closed deals to our Customer Success team, making them some of your closest colleagues.
